2. If there is any sign of looseness in the wiring part of the transmitter, do not tighten it vigorously. There is an Allen screw on the side, and use a wrench to tighten it. If you use your hand to tighten the waist, it will break the flat wire inside the sensor, and the sensor will be damaged.
3. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, the temperature should not exceed the limit temperature that the transmitter can withstand, which is 85 ℃. If it is higher than 85 ℃, a heat dissipation device must be used to cool it.
4. If the valve is closed during pressure transmission, it should be opened very carefully, slowly, and gently during used to prevent the measured medium from directly impacting the sensor membrane, thereby damaging the sensor membrane.
5. The pipeline must be kept smooth to prevent deposits from popping out of the pipeline and damaging the sensor membrane. If the membrane is scratched, the measured pressure value will be inaccurate.
