1) Open / Close Indication:

 

The handle is the moving part of the valve, which is an assembly unit. The stem of the valve stem adopts a flat structure. 2) Valve locking device:

3) Valve stem anti-blowout structure:

 

When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the cavity of the valve body may push the valve stem out (or when the valve is repaired, if there is pressure in the middle cavity, the valve stem is easy to fly out when the valve is removed, and the personnel are accidentally injured). To prevent this Occurs, a boss structure is arranged at the lower part of the valve stem, so that even if the filler, the thrust bearing is burnt or other causes damage to the filler, the medium pressure in the valve body will seal the valve stem boss and the valve body. The surface is in close contact to prevent a large amount of media from leaking from the damaged filler.

 

4) Anti-static device:

 

When the valve is operated, due to the friction between the spherical body and the valve seat of the non-metallic material such as polytetrafluoroethylene, static charge will be generated and accumulated on the sphere. In order to prevent static sparks, an antistatic device is placed on the valve. The electric charge accumulated on the sphere is led out through the electrostatic passage between the ball and the valve stem, the valve stem and the valve body.

 

5) Firesafe structure:

 

In the event of fire, non-metallic (non-fireproof materials) such as fillers and valve seats will be burnt out. A large amount of medium that leaks may cause the fire to spread and expand. At this time, the fireproof structure of the valve can block a large amount of leakage of the medium. The valve seat is burned and the ball will directly contact the metal surface on the valve body, thus preventing the medium from leaking from the burnt valve seat. The fireproof and anti-static structure design should meet the requirements of AP1607,and BS6755 Part II. .
